Shipping Dispatches and Delivery

Please be aware that all Shipments are currently effected by the Corona Virus Pandemic and may arrive later than expected.  

Dispatches

All UK Domestic and International orders are shipped the same day if cleared payment is in place before 4 pm.  Customers requiring a Dispatch Date later than the order date must add a message at checkout when paying for their order.

Delivery

We deliver using third-party couriers and delivery providers, which may require a signature on delivery. If you are not home to receive your delivery, a note may be left for you indicating the pick-up location where you can collect it or in some cases to arrange a second delivery window.  Any returned orders will be charged a re delivery fee if the customer requests the order be re sent, uncollected/returned orders not re shipped or collected from our Base will be held for 21 days awaiting customer instructions, following this period the order will be refunded to the original Payment Gateway minus the Shipping Charges incurred by ourselves.

Delivery of an order will be deemed completed when the products are delivered to the address you provided to us confirmed by Scan or Signature, from this time forward the safety of the products will be your responsibility.

UK Domestic Delivery Windows

Royal Mail

Our Weekday Daily cut off for Royal Mail Shipments is 4pm, Saturday Shipping cut off is 10 am.  

  • Royal Mail 1st Class – Estimated delivery window 1 working day.
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class – Estimated delivery window 3 to 5 working days.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery – Estimated delivery window 1 working day.

Hermes

  • Parcels, Estimated delivery window  3 to 5 working day

UPS Next Day

  • UPS Next Day – Estimated delivery window 1 working day (This Service requires cleared payment before 12.00 noon)

DPD Next Day

  • DPD Next Day – Estimated delivery window 1 working day (This Service requires cleared payment before 12.00 noon)
  • This Service only operates across the UK Mainland. NI, ROI and Island Shipments are carried as two day shipments. 

International

Royal Mail 

Europe: International Tracked & Signed Estimated delivery window 3 to 5 working days

Worldwide: International Tracked & Signed Estimated delivery window 5-7 working days (cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations)

Hermes

Hermes International: – Estimated delivery window 3 to 7 working days.

Customs Duty and Import Taxes

Dependent on your Delivery Destination Country your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destinations Border .  Please note that for deliveries outside of  UK delivery destinations we have no control over Import and Customs charges at destination, these are the responsibility of the customer, please check with your local Authorities in advance before placing your order,  as you will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
